Physical Education

Welcome to a healthy life. Make your initial goal 30 minutes of physical activity per day.  Gradually increase your activity until you are actively moving for 60 minutes per day. Walking as a family is a good beginning. Ride bikes with your children. Hike on a nature trail or through the woods. Play squirt gun laser tag. Do anything you can to increase your movement on a daily basis. Remember that an active lifestyle is your goal and that exercise is fun for everyone!
