On Friday, October 11th WPES welcomed the West Point Volunteer Fire Department to share fire safety tips with our kindergarten students. We are grateful for the strong partnership we have with our community partners and appreciate the time of Chief Cheatham and firefighter/medic Gsell.

Mrs. Gowers’ first graders are participating in a snowman exchange! Letters and snowmen are received from other states. They are learning about state birds, flowers, teams, class sizes, and many other fun and interesting facts! As they receive letters, each state is recorded on a map ! They are so excited whenever a new letter arrives!

Wishing a warm welcome back to our fantastic students! We're excited to see you back in the classroom. Let's make the most of every learning opportunity in 2024!

Happy New Year to our WPPS community! We hope 2024 is a year of continued excellence for us all. Here's to another year of making a positive impact!

Wishing all our West Point Public Schools families a joyous and Happy Holidays! May this festive season be filled with warmth, joy, and special moments with your loved ones. 🎄✨
